Meet Our Founder

Jason Weiss

Founder

Jason Weiss is a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of legal and business experience, specializing in consulting both public and private companies and individuals, as well as judicial and governmental agencies. Originally from the Northern California area, Jason now resides in Franklin, Tennessee, where he continues to forge significant connections within the business world.

After graduating with honors and earning the Order of the Coif in law school, Jason began his career as a law clerk for two appellate courts, gaining invaluable insight into the judicial process. This experience led him to the United States Attorney’s office during the Janet Reno administration, where he honed his skills in public service.

Transitioning to the private sector, Jason took on the role of in-house counsel for a prominent Silicon Valley technology company, where his leadership was instrumental in guiding the company through its IPO and subsequent buyout by a top 5 accounting firm. His ability to connect people played a crucial role in these pivotal moments.

After this exit, Jason founded and became CEO of Symphony Advice, a large consulting firm assisting prominent families, business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives in navigating the complexities of their legal, tax, financial, and insurance affairs. In 2017 he became CEO of Symphony Six, where he continues to expand his professional connections and share his expertise with industry leaders. His passion for connecting people shines through in his commitment to advising and mentoring executives nationwide, empowering them to become trailblazers in their respective fields.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason cherishes time spent with his family and exploring the vibrant Franklin community. His core talents lie in his ability to ask insightful questions, identify opportunities, and inspire others to reach their full potential. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for leadership development, Jason Weiss continues to make a lasting impact on the business landscape through the connections he fosters and the lives he transforms.
